Tech & Tools Website, tooling & infrastructure — rebuilding AIforE.org and community tools like the token-cost calculator
Community Events, marketing & community — funding our flagship event, newsletter, and outreach programs
Staffing Program leadership — part-time staff to help execute alongside our all-volunteer board

Our first-quarter execution roadmap once the raise is funded.

Days 1–30 — Lock the Ask

Finalize the pitch deck and one-pager; formally open the $250K–$500K raise.

Warm-intro outreach to top prospects — funders, DAFs, and corporate partners.

Stand up giving pages and gift tracking for restricted vs. unrestricted funds.

Days 31–60 — Convert & Build

Close first committed gifts; unlock certification & benchmark R&D work.

Kick off the AIforE.org rebuild and community tooling.

Begin planning the flagship bi-annual event and newsletter launch.

Days 61–90 — Prove & Scale

Publish the AI sustainability benchmark framework v1.

Formalize IEEE / standards-body contributor engagement.

Report progress to funders and open the next round of outreach.
